Face-on, good light, face nice and big. You see it on the garment straight away and can frame it yourself.
You approve it on screen, then it prints in Europe
What you see on the garment is the final design: adjust it as often as you like and it prints as shown, no proof emails. Made to order, 7 to 18 days, tracked.
Personalised items: because they are made for you they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (art. 103.c). That is why you approve it on screen before paying, and until it enters print you can cancel for a full refund.

How does the personalised Retrato work?
On any tee or hoodie page choose “Your dog's portrait” for the back, upload a photo and type their name; you see it drawn and on the garment straight away. It is the final design: adjust it as often as you like, approve it on screen and it prints as shown. No proof emails, no waiting.
How long does delivery take?
All our clothing is printed to order in Europe: two to five business days to print, then an estimated arrival of 7 to 18 days, tracked. Free delivery across Spain, the EU and the UK over €50.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes: 30 days from delivery, and your first size exchange is free. Personalised portraits are made for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind — which is why you approve it on screen before paying, and until it enters print you can cancel for a full refund. If it arrives damaged or different from what you approved, we replace it.
Which size should I order?
Unisex and true to size. Take a garment you already love, lay it flat and match the chest width to the table on the product page — or use the ten-second size finder on every product page.
